Marina Beach Shopping Center West - Parcel 95

Situated along Washington Boulevard in Marina Del Rey, Marina Beach Shopping Center West runs an entire city block. The center is currently home to Island's Restaurant along with several other retail shops and offices. GWP is currently in plans to develop a mixed-use project on the site, consisting of 159 high end apartment units, along with 35,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and a public park. Project completion date is estimated to be in 2017.
