Gold Key Shops

The Gold Key Shops are located at the intersection of Convention Center Drive and South Las Vegas Boulevard, in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. The shopping center is situated right next door to the Encore Hotel, and benefits from the around-the-clock foot traffic from visitors who come from all over the world to walk the Las Vegas strip.

GWP has assembled the consecutive lots to the east of the shopping center, which consist of a 230 room hotel on 3.5 acres and a 306,000 square foot office building on 3.3 acres, for a total of 10.5 acres fronting on South Las Vegas Boulevard in anticipation of a future high rise hotel and casino development.
