801 Larrabee Street Retail and Office Building

A historical landmark, 801 Larrabee Street was built during a time before the city was incorporated as “West Hollywood”, and was just getting started as the town of “Sherman” back in the 1920’s. The building was initially built as the town’s first postal office. As the times have progressed, the Santa Monica Boulevard corridor in West Hollywood has become one of Los Angeles’ most flourishing and busiest neighborhoods, and this building is positioned in the heart of it all. The ground floor of the building currently consists of street front retail, and the second floor consists of quiet, boutique style offices.
